The Breiner Company will die cut your custom, non-metallic gaskets and seals to your exact specifications using any of a wide variety of materials. We also have an inventory of thousands of available tools to draw from for standard sizes and shapes. Our in-house die shop provides for quick turnaround of your order. From large in size to small, one of a kind to hundreds of thousands, our gaskets are sure to please.

Our capabilities include:

Steel Rule Die Cutting	Generally the most precise of the die cutting methods. Tolerances as tight as +/- .005 depending on the material. Accommodates very complex designs
Kiss cut gaskets	Cut through the top layer but not the backing. This allows the gaskets to be shipped as a roll and help ease your assembly.
Score cuts	This cut allows the gasket to bend in a define location
Adhesive backed gaskets	We can apply one of many different adhesives to your requested materials
Special Packaging	We are able to accommodate your unique packaging needs
